The company needs to be honest because they are still getting majority of the funds! Once the link is shared, a selection for purchase is done, now it’s payment time! At the payment time, the customer is charged a shipping fee & then taxed as well! So the entire order is charged an additional $15 - $20! Wowww is what I thought and helped me to understand why many wouldn’t participate! So DoubleGood is getting half of what is sold plus additional with shipping & taxes! The group doesn’t receive half off the entire purchase but just the main initial purchase items! How is this fair to the kids, adults or anyone that’s doing this fundraiser! Then a customer complained and said the bags are not even full with the popcorn! Geesh, what a way to get over but seems to be out for the good of the customer, Jesus! I do get it that this is a business and no one has to use the fundraiser if they don’t want to! Yet I was still wondering where is the honesty & due diligence in owning this company as well as truly helping kids & groups raise money! Nonetheless, I hope there can be improvement in truly helping raise money & enough product in the bags when customers receive their bought items! Praying that my concern be received, accepted & acted upon!
