About
The second person can't see what the first person checked. Both check independently, then compare — only the differing rows show up in red.
A paper checklist's "sign-off" column gets signed while the previous person's checks are already visible, so the person confirming tends to miss the same things. It feels like a double check, but it's really just one person looking twice. DoubleCheck removes the first person's marks from the second person's screen by design, so that blind spot can't slip through.
▪ Hidden means it counts
The second person only sees the item names. The first person's checks are never shown. Only after both finish can the results be compared.
▪ Only the differences turn red
Matching rows stay as they are; only the differing rows turn red. Even with dozens of items, you can see at a glance where to look.
▪ Check again when needed
If differences remain, both people can go through every item again. Repeat as many times as needed.
▪ Hand it off your way
- Pass the same iPhone to the second person on the spot
- Send it by QR to their own iPhone and check separately (no network needed)
▪ History and PDF
Every check keeps a record of when, with whom, and how many differences. Share the history as a PDF anytime.
▪ No server, no account
All data stays on your iPhone. No sign-up, no login. The only thing that passes between devices is a QR code.
▪ Run checks in parallel
Run multiple checks on the same checklist at once — one per shipment, one per shift, and so on.
Used for
- Pre-shipment inspection: two people separately verify packing, quantity, and part numbers
- Opening/closing checks: register count, locking up, and stock, checked independently
- Equipment and vehicle pre-start checks: for items you can't afford to miss
- Cleaning checks, handovers, and packing lists: two sets of eyes catch what one misses
Eight ready-made checklists are included, and you can also write your own.
