However last week it randomly started saying I had used up my free tasks and needed to upgrade to a paid version to continue. The problem is that I had already paid this month ( just like I have paid EVERY MONTH) so I tried restarting the app- logging in and out- and messaging their “live chat” during their stated open hours with no reply for over a week now. I then thought maybe it’s a glitch and so I clicked the thing to upgrade thinking it would maybe say that I was still in my already paid for month/ but no- instead it changed my card TWICE MORE!!! So I have paid three times this month. Emailed customer service multiple times. Messaged their live chat with ZERO reply multiple times. And I’m honestly so disappointed because it’s messing with my ability to DO MY JOB. Maybe if they see this they will find the time to reply to me. ### 2/5 — Issue with app *2023-07-18* The instructions on the app ask me to “deselect”and then select on “friends” to download information on FB. The issue is there isn’t a “friend” option available, and I have contacted via chat for support and cannot get anyone to help me. At first I didn’t contact during business hours, but I’ve tried several times since then with no help. I was hoping to be able to use this app because everyone I know that is using it, gives it a good review. The company should provide their customers with better support. ### 1/5 — Support nonexistent *2023-02-10, version 1.35.1* I experienced a technical issue which made importing contacts from Facebook impossible. I contacted customer support numerous times and did not get any response at all over the course of two months. Eventually I had no choice except canceling my subscription. It worked great right up until it didn’t.
