## What is Dough Board?

Dough Board is a flexible dough recipe scaling tool built for bakers, pizzerias, and production kitchens.

Create your own recipes from blank templates and keep proprietary formulas private on your device. Add and reorder ingredients, work with multiple flours, set baker’s percentages, adjust hydration, and scale recipes to the exact batch size you need.

Use single-product or multi-product templates to plan dough balls, rolls, buns, and other items by count and weight. Save common batch presets, edit mixing instructions and water temperature, and convert between ounces, pounds, grams, and kilograms.
