DoughRatio is a baker's percentage calculator designed for serious bread bakers. Enter your flour weight or target dough weight and DoughRatio calculates every ingredient automatically.

Built-in fermentation timers with push notifications keep your bulk fermentation and proofing on schedule, even when you step away from the kitchen.

The levain and sourdough calculator helps you dial in your starter ratios, while the flour substitution guide makes it easy to swap between bread, whole wheat, rye, and other flours.
