## What is Doughy?

A free dough calculator app for all your needs. Bread, pizza, bagels, cake, cookies, anything with flour! Use a few default recipes or create your own! Make straight doughs or doughs with preferment (like poolish or biga)!

- Completely 100% offline.
  * No data is stored outside of your phone, no logs, no metrics, I'm not collecting your recipes for myself.
- Scale up and down as much as you want
  * Did you just get an awesome pizza oven and now you want to scale your perfect 10" pizza to 16"? Increase the dough mass and with one click, you'll get your new recipes.
- Tweak everything, from the hydration level, any ingredient amount (determined by bakers percentage), or temperature.
- Create your own recipes!
   * Click the + button the home page to make your own base recipes, then tweak them as you go.
- Write/edit your instructions.
   * You can make your instructions as simple or detailed as you want. For now, you can even put notes on the recipe there.
- Switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius
- Completely in the mass-based metric system
   * If you're using this app, you know volumetric baking is imprecise and leads to inconsistent results. Using grams for measurements also allows for finer precision of the ingredients.

A very useful and FREE app, I need it to make my measurements more straightforward and adjustments for different sizes of bake batches and it does an excellent job in that. 
It has a few bugs that make it simply quit which hopefully will improve with future updates. The preferment portion was not easy to figure out but once figured out it is functional and useful. 
Great first version and thank you for the developer.

Thoughtfully designed dough calculator that does what you need without any added frills. Easy to add your own recipes (I copied and pasted the Basic Country Bread recipe from the Tartine Bread eBook) and scale them as desired. Thanks for making this app - free, no less!

Thanks for developing this app!  I have been looking for something like this for a while and found yours to be pretty neat.  I would like to see a version better formatted for the iPad however because that is where I do the bulk of my recipe work.
