Poor Quality app with Poor Customer Service. *2024-10-07, version 12.6.1* Was all gravy until I wanted to withdraw my money. Persistent bugs in the app meant that I was unable to pull my money out. At best it’s a poorly built app at worst it’s been designed cleverly to hold onto your cash. What’s worse is that the support team are aware of the issue, had no workaround and were very unresponsive.
