I then created a whole new account with my second email and the same thing happened but except this time it said “oops something went wrong” when I was putting my birth date in the app. For some reason it won’t let me past the sign up part where you out in your birth date, I’m 22 years old so there shouldn’t be any issues there at all. I don’t understand why anytime I try to use Douugh, it seems to be near impossible to get past the first stage which is literally just signing up… First my original account never let me log in, so I changed the password and it didn’t help. So I created a second account and I wasn’t able to s finish signing up because..well I’m not sure..? I’ve never had luck with this app. And I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning to try again. ### 1/5 — Don’t use. Hard to get money out. *2024-06-18, version 12.6.1* Clunky app with numerous processes that slow you down from pulling money from the app. Often takes 5 or more days. Don’t use it, plenty of other apps that Are much better! ### 1/5 — Absolute SCAM *2024-03-16, version 12.5.0* Be Careful, Douugh is an absolute SCAM! I had sold some shares and had some money in my wallet. Now they have deactivated my wallet and all the money and remaining shares have disappeared. Can’t wait to give Douugh a go though! ### 1/5 — Locked out of my account without reason. *2022-12-14, version 11.0.6* I have been unable to log into my account and access my accounts for about a week now. I emailed about it and they responded that my account was locked and asked for all kinds of verification. I asked why my account was locked and provided the verification documents requested. They did not tell me why it was locked and responded with “I don’t know when the account will be unlocked again.” I’m sorry but does that not count as holding my money hostage?! Absolutely unacceptable. Poor Quality app with Poor Customer Service. *2024-10-07, version 12.6.1* Was all gravy until I wanted to withdraw my money. Persistent bugs in the app meant that I was unable to pull my money out. At best it’s a poorly built app at worst it’s been designed cleverly to hold onto your cash. What’s worse is that the support team are aware of the issue, had no workaround and were very unresponsive. Ended up getting resolved more than three weeks worth of my ongoing persistence and threatening to report the matter to the regulators. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2024-10-03, version 12.6.1* DOUUGH is always having technical issues with logging in and money disappearing from your Account, it takes Days even Weeks of communication via email only to try to resolve it.
