## What is Douvo?

Douvo is the app for tradespeople and small crews who want to run their jobs, team, clients and
payments from their phone. Plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, boiler and heating engineers,
renovation crews: no more paper notes, missed calls and "how much do I owe you?"
.
BOOK A JOB IN 2 SECONDS
• Day and week calendar with every job in one place
• Client, time, technician: a new job takes three taps
• Job status at a glance: new, in progress, completed
• Job photos, even with no signal
• Notifications for every change to the schedule
GOT A CREW? SHARE THE WORK
• Invite team members with roles: owner, admin, employee
• Assign a job with one tap and the technician is notified instantly
• Employees see only their own jobs, never your financials
• Filter the schedule by technician: who is where, what's done, what's left
• Team payroll: salary or day rate, days worked, leave, payments
BIG PROJECTS, UNDER CONTROL
• Phases and tasks with a progress percentage
• Ready-made templates per trade: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, renovation
• Photos, materials, costs and budget on one screen
• Client link: your client follows the progress of their project live, with nothing to install
KNOW WHO'S CALLING
• Caller ID: the client's name shows up on your screen when they call
• Client profile with the full history of jobs and payments
• Call and map with one tap
EVERY EURO ACCOUNTED FOR
• Payments and installments per job
• Unpaid balances: who owes you and since when
• Expenses, revenue and net profit by week, month and year
• Material orders linked to the job or project
WORKS OFFLINE
In the basement, on the roof, out in the country: everything you do is saved on your phone and
syncs the moment you're back online.
WHO IT'S FOR
Plumbers, electricians, HVAC and refrigeration techs, boiler and heating engineers, renovation
contractors, handymen, and any professional or small company that works by appointment.
Whether you work alone or run a crew of ten.
Built for how tradespeople actually work.
You do the work. Douvo does the rest.
