Hit the "star" button to save them and they will appear in the iPhone app's "Favorites" tab so you can get back to them later. Simply download the app onto your phone and your Apple Watch and you are ready to go, no login whatsoever. If the app doesn't appear on the Watch, enter the "Watch" app on your phone and check at the bottom of the page whether the app is available to install from there.
