"دوفر" هو التطبيق الأول لتوصيل الماء للأماكن الأكثر احتياجاً، وفق المسح الميداني الذي يجريه فريق دوفر للمستشفيات والمساجد وجمعيات دور الأيتام و ذوي الإعاقة والمقابر.
مايميزنا:
 - "دوفر يختار"
 للعميل حرية الإختيار لمسجد معين أو ترك الخيار لنا عن طريق دوفر يختار والتي سهلت على العميل طلب الماء للأماكن الأكثر احتياجًا.
 - نوثق للعميل طلبه بعد التسليم من خلال منحه تقرير كامل عن طلبه مع إرفاق الصور.
