The app is definitely worth the money as it has a ton of workouts, meal plans, nutrition information and videos. I would highly recommend this app to anyone trying to get in shape! Upon purchasing the 3 month subscription I failed to enter my username in the notes and emailed Doviesfitness so that they could activate my subscription. No one followed up and so I emailed them again. Upon my second email inquiry I received the most rude emails. The poor customer service was appalling. Not worth continuing the service! ### 1/5 — NOT WORKING *2020-01-01, version 1.5* I downloaded this App a few weeks ago to try and when I finally get a day off and try to set it up the App freezes as I try to register. I get as far as trying to enter a user name and it does not let me go any further. I am disappointed as I was looking forward to using the App as I have heard good things about it and seen some good posts on Instagram. Hopefully the developer can get the issue fixed for others! ### 1/5 — Worthless *2019-06-08, version 1.2* Paid for a subscription, but exercises are still locked. Have emailed the issue, but to no avail or response back. I do not recommend. **UPDATE AFTER DEVELOPER’S RESPONSE** Let’s make this all the way clear. Notifications of the issue were submitted before the review was made and submitted. Those notifications were going unseen until the review was made, for there were no responses in return. Once a negative response was left, soon after I received a response from the developer. Yes, the issue was resolved, but only after a negative review was made. Lets include the entire happenings rather than what would make the situation look better on the developer’s behalf. ### 2/5 — App doesn’t work *2024-10-01, version 1.39* The content is really amazing but the app often doesn’t work, you can’t login, it shows that you’re not subscribed when in reality you are, lot of bugs here and there and it’s sad because the content inside is in my opinion one of the best in the fitness space ### 2/5 — Still needs a lot of work *2022-03-31, version 1.17* The content on this app is great! Workouts and meal plans but as far as trying to access the workouts (greatly dissatisfied) I have to go to the workout download it, if I take my eyes off of it while it's downloading it won't be ready to start, then I have to go to do it again. If I get a text I have to download again. It's inconvenient. You should not have to download anything to access workouts and for them to play through the entire workout. Developers need to improve that feature. Also, workouts should be stored on profile. You shouldn't have to keep adding it just to access the workout. Again, content amazing! App looks great, functionality needs big improvement. This is coming from a software developer. I can easily see so many ways to improve app. The main thing is, you should not have to download to play ### 2/5 — Good workouts, bad customer support *2020-05-29* I had this app a while back, and it was amazing and I really loved the workouts and how they allow you to modify the workouts. But I started having issues with the app crashing and also needed to down size bills so I unsubscribed and deleted it. Once my finances looked better I re-downloaded the app to enjoy the workouts again. Well I subscribed but it would not unlock the premium features. So first I checked my payment options and settings and everything was correct so I reached out to the Dovies team. After a week of no reply, I put in another contact form available through the app only to get an immediate reply that was rudely worded. The contact rep pretty much out the blame for it not working on me, told me to check what I already checked, and then only offered a bare helpful sense of how to fix the issue. I love the workouts, but I’ll pass on this app because the service is terrible. No one wants to be berated when they’re having technical difficulties. **Developer response:** Hi Roloxxxxxxxx10 Dovies here. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t have a nice experience with the customers service rep. Please email dovies@doviesfitness.com and i will get this issue resolved right away for you. Once again sorry about that i can understand how you feel. But email me and let me sort everything out for you. 🙏🏾🙏🏾 ### 3/5 — KEEPS FREEZING *2021-12-13, version 1.11* Love the app. Love the workouts but the app keeps freezing up all the time ### 3/5 — Needs work *2020-01-18, version 1.5* I love the workouts, they are unique and can get you great results. Only downside to the workout is the pace. Once you complete one move you can not possibly be in position as quickly as the video. There needs to be a bit of a lag to allow the user to see the next move and get into position before the timer starts. Often the timed segment is almost over and I’m still getting into the proper position. Routine is everything and Dovies makes it convenient to incorporate into your daily routine. He gives a huge selection of workout collections that are fun, motivating and effective. You will not get bored and if you stick to the plan you will see results! I am a married mother of 4 and I work full time. I have always been fit and health conscious but routine is something that is hard for me to achieve because my life is so very busy.
