You can clearly see that all the positive reviews are paid for. Everyone looks the same. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT DOWNLOAD TOTAL SCAM ### 1/5 — Do not use the app! *2022-02-12, version 1.1.39* If you download the app and send Bitcoin to ur wallet on the app it will be stuck. I have Bitcoin sitting on the app and it will not let me send it to a different wallet. They’re no help and will not respond to help you. Stay far away from the app. ### 1/5 — Stole Litecoin *2021-09-08, version 1.1.36* Purchased 2.6 LTC and then sent 1.1 to another wallet. The remaining 1.5 LTC magically disappeared and support will not respond. Do not use this app. ### 1/5 — I stole my money *2021-02-25, version 1.1.35* They never answered me about customer service and I lost my money, no one was responsible ### 1/5 — No support *2021-02-02, version 1.1.34* I deposited a significant amount of bitcoin into DoWallet and it won’t let me send any of it back out. I’ve reached out to support via the app, their website, and phone but have yet to receive any response. Terrible experience with the app and even worse with the lack of customer support. Things happen and I understand that, but being unable to get any help from support is a deal breaker for me. Especially coming from a company that advertises 24/7 support. It was easy to navigate and understand. Until one day, I tried sending some of my BTC to another wallet and kept getting an error message. I’ve emailed, called, tweeted, chatted.... with only one generic troubleshooting response but static since. They don’t respond to you even after weeks and many submissions. I have money sitting in one of their wallets that I haven’t been able to use for weeks because they won’t help clear an old$15 send.
