## What is Down Under Stay?

Down Under Stay gives occupants a clear and convenient way to manage everything related to their stay.

Designed exclusively for people living in Down Under Stay homes, the Occupant Portal keeps important information organised and accessible in one place.

With the app, occupants can:
• View invoices, bills and payment information
• Understand what was charged, when it was charged and why
• Track paid and outstanding amounts
• Submit maintenance and service requests
• Receive notifications and important updates about the house
• Access useful information related to their accommodation

Transparency is central to the experience. Charges, shared household expenses and relevant updates are displayed clearly, helping occupants stay informed and in control.

Access is simple and passwordless. Occupants use the email address already registered with Down Under Stay or follow their invitation link to access the portal.

This app is intended primarily for current Down Under Stay occupants.
