There isn’t a “login” section, and clicking tickets just opens a browser page explaining how to buy tickets. Why would I want to do that!? ### 4/5 — March review *2026-03-18* The app is good, it’s creative and has good features. All I get is an Apple map with stages on top of it, no actual Download site map. Bit of a downgrade from last years map. ### 1/5 — Showing last years bands etc. *2023-05-10* It’s 4 weeks till I go to download and it’s still showing all last years information on it, there seems to be a glitch as this years bands aren’t on it yet they’ve been announced. ### 1/5 — Deleted but keeps coming back *2019-09-22* So I had the Download app for this years festival (2019) but due to needing space in my memory I deleted several apps, one of which being the Download app. All fine and dandy until a few days later it reappears on my screen but without the app logo on it, it’s just a few lines for the picture. I cannot open the app so I deleted it again but it just keeps coming back after being deleted. This has been happening now for about 2 months. I also cannot now re download the app because when I search it on the store, where it would say “get”, now just says “open” as if I have the app already. What the hell is wrong with this app? Why won’t it let me delete it!!!??? ### 1/5 — Useless - no stage times, and bands not even listed in order. *2019-06-14* This app is totally useless - You can sort bands by time but no times are given, and you can sort by stage but still no times are given, and the bands are not even listed in the order they are playing (not unless def leppard are only mid-bill as shown). We have no idea who is playing when. This is an expensive festival – the least you can do is tell us what time the bands are playing or the whole thing is pointless and a waste of money. ### 4/5 — Great app and response to people moaning about map *2019-06-06* Very good and helpful app, just wanted to address the person who was complaining that the map wasn’t there when they were in the campsite last year...... it’s called updating your app!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Maps “coming soon” *2018-06-07* If you’re at the festival site and it’s started, then having a “Coming Soon” placeholder for the nap section isn’t really good enough, is it. ### 4/5 — Great, but not perfect *2017-12-21* So, it’s great that there’s an app for the festival, really helpful to know what bands are playing when and where, but there’s a glitch loading up the app where it shows bands from the previous year (sleeping with sirens, Raveneye, and The Charm The Fury) until the app refreshes. It’s not really a problem just annoying cuz it actually got mine and my friends’ hopes’ up. Also, something else that would be nice is a schedule specific to your favourite acts. Just out of convenience. ### 2/5 — Feature suggestion - my schedule *2017-06-05* It's great to see there is an app. However to my mind it is missing the one feature that I (and I think others) would find useful, which is a schedule showing the acts you have marked as favourites. A my schedule. So I will still have to write a list of the acts and highlight those I want to especially see and the app is of pretty much no use for this. ### 3/5 — Where are the stage times? *2017-06-03, version 7.0.2* I'm sure the stage times used to be in the app but since the last update, when I select 'by time' I get an alphabetical list of bands instead, and no times. Please fix so I can plan my days. ### 4/5 — Handy *2017-06-03, version 7.0.2* It's a handy little app when you're new to download and don't know where anything is. It's also handy to have when your don't want to by the lanyard with all of the times on, or if you can't be bothered to write the times down. When it's kept up to date, it shows bits of info about the bands that are playing, times and where. With alerts before your favorite bands are due to start so you don't miss them. When they don't update the app it's annoying, I'm currently 4 days away from traveling to download and there is still no times of performances available in the scheduling section so, I can't plan my days. ### 2/5 — Maps *2016-06-07, version 6.0.1* You cannot have your own pins on the map this year, was handy for marking tent location ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — cant log in *2026-05-28, version 91.1.1* wont let me log in ### 1/5 — App trouble *2026-05-17* Somehow the app doubled on my phone with an update and now I can’t sign into my created account so I’ve lost all my saved info. ### 1/5 — Schedule is unusable due to truncation *2025-06-07* App is ok but the schedule, which is the main reason we all use it, is now unusable. Most bands you can only see 2-3 characters of their name, in many cases ‘The…’. Come on devs, this is sloppy in the extreme and can’t believe you would release it with the opinion that it is useful. ### 1/5 — Can't read the set times *2025-05-16, version 90.1.0* Low contrast unreadable aqua font on a white background and zero disability options to increase contrast. ### 1/5 — Only exists to track you and spam you with adverts *2023-06-12, version 70.0.3* Horribly made app, all information should just be on the website but they hide it on the app so it can track your location and spam you with adverts, like getting notifications for buying pizzas at co-op. App works horribly like it was made by a work experience kid, information that appeared was wrong and kept changing. App constantly tracked location and killed my battery while on-site. ### 1/5 — Even worse than last year *2023-06-03* Poor information hierarchy; no schedule as such - you have go into stage and then artist to see start times. There’s no end times and no overview to see what’s happening at any stage at a given time. Impossible to plan this way; links open in a browser opening more and more tabs as you try to find anything. Awful. ### 1/5 — No real purpose *2023-06-02* Currently, the app is just a landing page with 4 buttons that just take you to a web page. There's no information actually stored in the app. Apparently there should be an interactive site map and full set times available but I can't find those and navigating using the buttons takes you to webpages, making the app redundant (I could search the website without it and if I'm in a field with no signal, it won't help me). Hopefully this is fixed in the next week, if so I would update my review, but currently I can't see it being that helpful. ### 1/5 — Apps keeps crashing *2023-06-01* No improvement from the last App ### 1/5 — Not great *2023-05-25* I’m a big fan of: - how the site map only shows the stages in a field, no stalls, no camps, no anything - the merch function advertised doesn’t show up anywhere - the schedule shows all bands playing on the day selected… no idea what time or where, but I know they will be some time that day…. Can’t even compare timeings like on clash finder All in all, not great … ### 1/5 — Get a grip please! *2023-05-25* Finally, an update to the app with 2 weeks to go. Does it work? No!! Map only shows location of the stages. Unable to plan and coordinate with large groups in different parts of the festival site. Links send you to the website, not embedded in the app. Not much usable content. Come on - you can do better than this! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Festival fun *2026-05-26* I was lucky enough to get a ticket for the whole thing from beginning to end, all 5 days of it last year and I paid the deposit for this year on the day I got back from the festival because I didn’t want to miss the experience of being there again for the five days this year. I had such an amazing time and I can’t wait to go back again this year. I went on my own and I am doing so again this year. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience an amazing time with people who are all about the music and will make it a holiday to remember for a lifetime ### 5/5 — It’s okay *2026-05-16, version 91.1.1* It’s okay, android tend to get all the updates before iPhone, so iPhone users are actually just sat there for a week and a bit, just to get update on festivals while everyone else is enjoying the news.
