Make photos and videos smaller without uploading them anywhere. Downsizer helps you meet email, website, and form limits, resize for screens or print, and see the estimated result before you export. QUICK DOWNSIZER Start with a ready-made preset instead of adjusting every control: • Email 10 MB — fit the whole selection under 10 MB • Web Upload — fit every photo under 1 MB • Application Form — fit every photo under 500 KB Choose a preset inside Downsizer, from the Photos share menu, or with Quick Downsizer in Siri, Spotlight, Shortcuts, and the Action button. You can still fine-tune every setting afterward. FIT UNDER A FILE-SIZE LIMIT Enter an exact KB or MB target and Downsizer finds the best fitting quality for JPEG, HEIC, or WebP. Set a maximum for each photo or one combined limit for the whole batch. For a whole-batch target, Downsizer intelligently distributes the size budget according to each photo's dimensions and detail, then verifies the combined output before export.
