I earned a large amount of points taking surveys and only received about half of them. This is unacceptable. I have cashed out from earning small amounts here and there like I said, but if you are earning large amounts at once you risk wasting your time.] It’s been a good app so far. There are several ways to earn points. It does take a bit of time to get enough points to cash out, but the tasks are easy enough. A few minutes a day and you’ll eventually get a gift card. They even offer deals on some of the gift cards, which is nice. I do wish there were points offered for any receipt submission like other apps, but the easy tasks make up for it I guess. Still showing pending and I tried contacting someone for assistance and got no response. ### 1/5 — Hacked and they’re doing nothing *2026-07-24, version 2.42* I was hacked and waited almost two weeks for them to finally respond. They said there’s nothing they can do and claim I have multiple accounts which isn’t true and they didn’t even tell me what info would be for the other accounts. The hacker changed my email in the app to their email, drained my points and send the reward to their email (I’m assuming given what they did). I have always used only one account for this and have been a member since the beginning when it was called Dabbl. This is pretty terrible they’re treating a long time supporter like this. EDIT: The response from the developer is a straight up lie.. I did not get a response from them on Day 3 and had to keep reaching out to them. Every time I finally got a response they said my email went to “the wrong folder”. Extremely frustrated with the way they handled this. A week later I hadn’t received anything, so I put in a ticket and was told they would expedite it. It has been nearly three weeks and I still haven’t received my gift card. Emailed again two days ago and haven’t gotten a response. Don’t waste your time with this app. ### 1/5 — Horrible. Customer Service *2025-12-09, version 2.38* I’ve been a member since 2019. I’ve never had any issues until now. I cashed out a $50 gift card THREE WEEKS ago and still have not received it. Customer service keeps telling me the same copy and paste response. I even tried messaging them through Facebook and they read it but don’t respond. Use Fetch instead. They actually give you your gift card.
