Where do I even start 1. Adding Preferences mean nothing. They show you even 57 YOs when your preferences are not even close to that range. Went to double check if I had accidentally added a wrong age range. Also the distance. Lord, they are trying to match make you with people on Mars-if that’s allowable. 2. Profiles are stuck on the same person with a white box and you literally cannot move forward. Even if you quit the app a several times. 3. Really crappy user interface

Update : day 2 of the same profile frozen on my screen with a big white box. Cancelled my subscription. Not worth it.

It s a shame for a physician product. The app is 90% of the time, frozen on one profile with white background. Location service is garbage, showing you profile from 1000 miles away. Making you pay s subscription to see fhe same

I am a premium member and have been trying to reach the admin team. They are not responsive to your messages to fix a technical issue on their part. It is sad because I had high expectations for this app and I want to keep using it but I’m unfortunately not having a good experience with it. How about doctors stick to doctoring and software engineers stick to developing apps that actually work!!!

Terrible app. Super buggy. Only shows you people thousands of miles away. Pretty sure it’s not honoring any of the filters. No free version except for a 2 week trial. Pass.

I can’t even sign up. Asked for hospital badge and I try to select it- it says I have not authorized photos BUT I HAVE. It’s selected to allow app to selected photos but it keeps saying permission to photos not granted. I finally gave up and deleted
App!! Fix the issues if you want new users, you are doctors after all!

As a gay woman in a major metropolitan area I was seriously dissatisfied. There were maybe 5 women in a 50 mile radius and not more than 15 in the country. Would love a refund until they build more of a client base but I can’t get in touch with them. If you really want me to try again you should refund my money.

The app shows the same people over and over, often within seconds of you declining someone. I went on a date that turned out to not work out and the guy keeps popping up every other person, for weeks! They need to invest in a little advertising to spread the word. I assume this is why it repeats people, because there are not enough users in the app. It’s unfortunate because the name of the app is catchy and punny and it’s a great idea, but it’s hard to want to use the app.

I never got an email about my sign up, when I try to log in it says my account is still pending, I reached out to them after a week checking in on my account status and never heard back from anyone. What kind of dating app makes it impossible to even sign up?

Unfortunately the price of $20 a month coming to $240 a year is too high for the lack of polish in this app and the way it is designed. Not to mention the price is prohibitive for residents who are already paid less

- I signed up for the initial trial, billed before I could cancel. They offered a 2-month promotional code to make up for the mistake, I was then billed again, I have attempted to receive a refund, still no word, it’s been over a week. 
- in the terms of the app itself, same errors from the beta version, seeing the same profiles over and over again despite swiping away from them. It’s very glitchy and not intuitive. I don’t understand how they justify charging a premium month charge of $19.99 for a lack-luster mediocre product with no tech support.

I had downloaded the app awhile back and deleted it before the free trial was over because of all the glitches. They emailed me with another 2 week free trial a few months after deleting it. Continues to have glitches, all the profiles I’ve seen are from Phoenix, and haven’t had one “page” or “consult”. Will be deleting before the trial is over again. The concept is great but the execution is below expectations.

The preference setting are clearly not functional. 99% of the people I am presented with live in Phoenix, Arizona. Seems unlikely - no single physicians in Chicago but dozens in Phoenix?? Hopefully they fix the functionality before my free month is up or it’s definitely not work the $10.

Physically present in the United States, 
in the process of getting licensed to get into residency so we don’t yet have an NPI 

Sad that we can’t even try the app 😕

This is by far the worst dating app available. It’s appalling that in this day and age, the app developers cannot come up with an app design that’s actually functional. Just pathetic, and the lack of quality of this app reflect poorly on all physicians collectively.

Definitely think it’s a unique concept and I love the ROS and HPI analogy used. As long as they maintain the credibility of the users in the app should be successful

Same issue that someone complained about two months ago that developers said was being worked on, I already passed on matches but then it goes back and shows me the same ones, in the same order, over again. If I wasn’t interested the first go, that isn’t going to change by making me frustrated to see them again. I want to love this app, I want this to work and I want more people on here but I know that’s not something app can control. I will keep up with it and 🤞🏻 things improve.

Got past the photo upload glitch (had to give app permission for all photos rather than selected photos). Live in Bay Area and still haven’t seen any local profiles. I know it’s early days for app. But def wouldn’t pay for subscription at end of 2 week trial period at this point

The concept is good. It just needs some fine tuning and refining. For example: editing HPI doesn’t work, it’s a bit slow when changing pages, and probably needs better location filters and the ability to write in a bio. This will come with time and I’m sure the app will flourish.

I had an issue where app was stuck on one picture for many days and would not move forward or backwards to another picture. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see that solve the problem. I reached out to the developers. I even sent an email etc. No one responded to me. As a result, I deleted the app.

I think it’s a great idea. I would love to use this platform to meet other physicians, however I feel like the pool of ppl on the app wasn’t large enough and I don’t think there was enough diversity. I don’t recall seeing any black physicians at all. I think the app needs better marketing

Developers have failed to optimize this app. Love the idea of a physician exclusive dating app. But this app has so many bugs that you lose interest in engaging anyone on this app. I think developers are using this app for data mining only and have no interest in make this app useable

The idea is brilliant. The app is very poorly built. Filters don’t work, it takes ages to load pictures, no intro available. Not gonna pay if not working properly

**Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your feedback. We have released an update 12/1/21 with several corrections including accuracy of filters & loading time, with an intro portion coming soon! Also, the app will remain free through 2021 and we will not charge any fees until all the critical issues are addressed.
