I no longer have that ability because the mobile app no longer shows the Rx button. I jumped through all the hoops to reestablish, and the app tells me that I have been approved. However, the function is still absent. Physicians, dentists, and even APPs are included, but for some reason ODs are not. It seems clear to me that optometrists belong among these other professions. I contacted support about this, and this seems to be entirely intentional. You sign the document and you send the fax but gets sent blank. Sent information to customer support and they can’t help. Demands highly private info for “verification” and then the app sucks. Not easy to navigate, looks like AOL from 2002.
