However, my experience turned out to be quite the opposite. After submitting my payment details, I was relieved to see the amount deducted from my bank account. Yet, to my dismay, the ticket remained unpaid. I reached out to customer support, only to receive generic responses with no resolution in sight.Ultimately, I had to foot the bill twice, causing unnecessary financial strain and frustration. The lack of accountability and failure to deliver on their promise is deeply disappointing. I strongly advise against using this app for bill payments, as their reliability and customer service leave much to be desired.
