You’re either going through poses in isolation or you’re going through various flows and rushing to the next pose. Tried to get my husband to do something labeled “beginner” and even though I’ve been doing yoga for several yrs I had a difficult time keeping up. ### 4/5 — Love the app *2024-03-04, version 3.0.4* Really love the app and teachers, it would be even better if it could integrate with Apple Fitness! ### 2/5 — Varied yoga sessions *2023-09-04, version 3.0.4* I used to really enjoy doing the yoga sessions but the new version of the app is definitely a backward step. I cannot understand why it has changed to a version that is not as good and some of the classes have disappeared. The photos of courses/classes are massive - one takes up my whole iPad screen so takes a huge amount of time to scroll through them. Does not seem to have the ability to search for classes/courses for name, only filter them. You can search for things, but it’s difficult ### 2/5 — Great app but ignored my emails *2022-03-15* Ok first I’d like to say they app is amazing the content is amazing. Best yoga app for yoga. Jess was amazing I mostly watched her stuff. But…. I tried to cancel last year by sending an email but they didn’t cancel no big deal maybe I didn’t. Ok. Started yoga again. then last month I sent an email stating I wanted to cancel. 35 days no response. The credit card was paid and canceled trying to lower my debit. Then I get multiple emails a day stating my card didn’t go through for like a week. Please add a different card. Sent a response to both the email from the site and that email stating I had canceled. Still no response. After multiple emails attempting to charge that card I finally removed authorization from them through pay pal. Now no more attempts. This is terrible customer service and a grimy way to attempt to keep money coming in. Bad business. I will never become a member of do u ever again and be aware of this bad business practice. Be surprised if they keep this up due to the review. **Developer response:** Hi Zj7909! I would have to agree that sounds terrible! We couldn't find your emails to us. It was foundational to the beginning of my practice. Now that is available as an application, it’s even easier for me to do guided sessions. There are a massive variety of classes so I never run out of things to try.I would recommend it to anybody who is just getting started or who already may be familiar with the practice of yoga. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. The woman’s voice is soothing and she is a joy to listen to. My complaint is that I have been trying to buy the program while I’m doing my 30 day free trial and the links don’t work. However, if you purchase the premium subscription you won’t be able to cancel it if you choose. I have been trying to cancel my paid subscription for months, and my emails have gone unanswered. And they charged me my next annual fee, even after requesting to cancel. It seems I will have to take it up with my credit card company now to deny any future payment and to see if they can go after them for charging me for services I no longer want. Unprofessional and beyond terrible customer service. Fraudulent even? ### 1/5 — Glitches - App won’t open unless deleted and reinstalled every use *2023-07-20, version 2.2.9* The app works when you first download and open it, but after you close the app it will not open. Only a white screen shows and an error message comes up. I deleted the app, reinstalled it and same thing happened. I’ll have to register it as an unauthorised payment with my credit card company to avoid future payments. Raganthe can wear you out in ten minutes. There other yoga routines I use but this 30 day plan is my home base.
