Dozens is the place for your various financial needs. It keeps you in control of your finances now, while also helping you grow your money and invest for the future. A bit more about each section of the app: HOME – Your personalised home screen gives you a complete picture of your financial life. From how much you can spend today to how your future plans are shaping up. SPEND – Your current account is complete with an account number, sort code and a striking debit card. You can see your spending like never before. It’s explained simply and visually with details of size, location, weekly pattern and even how it made you feel. TRACK – You can set up a smart budget that tells you how much you can spend weekly and daily. It works out today’s budget based on how much you spent yesterday. GROW – Build up your savings automatically by rounding up your transactions and with fun rules like ‘Save £1 every time it rains’. INVEST – Choose portfolios based on themes or your world view, whether it’s green energy or technology. There’s a unique risk assessment to help you decide if investing is right for you... IMPORTANT INFORMATION We are not a bank. We are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority as an e-money institution (FRN 900894) and also as an investment firm (FRN 814281). The reviews here are disproportionately negative & I am surprised Dozens haven’t taken more steps to clear out those which appear unauthentic. The app is a work in progress but it has a unique approach to budgeting - integrated with a bias towards saving & investing rather than spending & borrowing. There is a big market for a current account provider like Dozens & I am happy to champion them. The customer service is also prompt and clear, which makes sense given the size of the customer base. In the top two of app based current account providers in my book. ### 1/5 — Account unavailable *2021-10-25, version 1.9.19* I tried to open an account online, a member of staff emailed me to send some documentation which I did and sent proof of address etc but after that I am unable to log into app. It keeps saying account unavailable. But it’s been more than a month that the app started crashing unexpected especially during login with FaceID and passcode. What am I supposed to think given the timing of the closure and the nature of your inquisition? Original: Got this account to invest in the 5% fixed bonds. Unfortunately almost never available and very much a “blink and you’ll miss it” situation. I even had a grand in there on standby just in case it should ever have become available. Last year I took a trip to Pakistan, and used of the card to make fee free purchases / withdrawals whilst over there. Shortly afterwards I started getting repeatedly contacted by their customer services department who all kept making inquiries about my background? I am white/British, born in the north west and have lived in England all my life, I can only imagine how an actual minority from a non-standard background might feel when faced with such overt racist harassment. They later closed my account with no warning, no communication and have not yet, to my knowledge, returned my balance at the time (£5). ### 5/5 — Wow *2020-12-01, version 1.9.0* Amazing app!!
