Face ID doesn’t work Pon code doesn’t work ### 2/5 — Face ID is broken *2022-10-07* Face ID login is broken on newest version ### 1/5 — Previous review disappeared *2022-05-24* There was nothing wrong with the old app until they disabled it and forced me to try to use the new one. And of course it doesn’t work. It won’t even open. Called the bank who insists it does. So now I have to be at home tethered to the computer to access my account. Not convenient whatsoever. I’m considering changing banks if this isn’t resolved soon. Why discontinue an app if the new one doesn’t work properly even after endless revisions? (iPhone 6 Plus - software version 12.5.5) Tried again (5/24/22)...still has the same issue. ### 1/5 — Aweful app *2022-02-15* Old one worked fine. This new one closes as soon as I open it. Have to use Safari now. Ack!!! I’d give no stars if I could ### 1/5 — Never works *2022-01-28* The new app is awful! The old app was perfect, never had an issue. This one never loads, can’t log in. Can’t keep two people logged into the account even if there’s 2 people on the account. I can’t even access my accounts online today. Dover phila is a joke of a bank to begin with but this is really icing on the cake. Fix the app, or lose business. Pretty simple. ### 3/5 — Hate the new app *2021-11-12* Nothing was wrong with the old app! They said I didn’t have to change my username or password and I had to change my username. And then I go to pay a loan that I have with the and it’s no longer and option to just transfer money to pay it! Like how do they want me to pay it! The old app was much easier to read and use! They have always made things as simple as can be.
