It’s a great app the only problem is whenever I change dpi of a image with transparent background it automatically changes its background to white. Fix this pls

I need help, I’ve never used this app before and I put my desired dpi (300) and I saved the picture, however, it looks the same. After I checked the dpi of the picture again it said it was 72dpi. Please help!

メールに添付できるように画像のピクセルレートを落とすアプリを探していたのだがこのアプリは違った。ピクセル数を維持したまま画像のサイズを拡大するだけのアプリだった。携帯端末上で誰がこんなに使うんだよ。

This app does what it promises, changes the dpi. A small thing but immensely valuable for increasing the size of images. 
Simple interface and easy to use.

This app downloads your files and keeps them THE EXACT SAME SIZE as the original. It will not downsize my PNG images from 300 dpi to 72 dpi. While I like this developer’s Image Size App (though DPI and Image Size should be merged into a single app) this one is completely useless!

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. The app only modifies the DPI value stored in the image metadata and does not change the image size.

I use both apps but upon paying £14.99 to remove ads I put in my photo only to find the image it threw out was darkened.  This is not good.  Unlike its pixel app it offers no delete initial photo.

Cette app me rendait service efficacement mais très ponctuellement. Malheureusement, les pubs devenant de plus en plus présentes, envahissantes voire oppressantes, j’ai voulu tout de même récompenser et aider le développeur, mais… 18€!!!!! Heuuuuuu, non.
Pour une opération qui se fait en un éclair sur n’importe quel logiciel de PC…

I uploaded several images, which allegedly altered the DPI. I could see no visible difference. I then downloaded those ‘improved’ images and uploaded one back to the app. The resolution was shown as the same as it was originally.

I tried multiple times. I even increased the DPI and the app that was requiring my photo to be 300 dpi kept informing me that the pic was still the same. So much time wasted.

Dots per inch, “DPI”, are so important for the highest quality printing possible.  The ability to increase the DPI on any image allows for the highest quality and detail printing possible.  Turns a really good image into a really great image.

This is a brilliant app and does exactly what says, great for printing images.
When you use it then you make think your image has shrunk but it hasn’t it saves exactly the same size as your original.
Highly recommend.
