You have some incorrect wording. Experimentando means enfarto is heart attack not so much ataque de corazón snd bleeding is sangre ando hemorrhaging would be the hemorragia or whatever it’s supposed to be.  experimenting not experiencing. You have one that is Spanish on both sides. Asfixia is choking not so much the longer word you have. Some of your wording isn’t how someone would chose to word things. It just lacks fluidity as someone fluent. It’s still a helpful tool for someone who is fluent just not with all medical terms.
