기기자체의 펌웨어 2.5버전으로 sd카드에 심어서 기기에서 업데이트 하고(구글참고) 아이폰 13. iso 16.0.2에서 적용하니 잘 연결 됩니다. 
가만 와이파이 연결 은 빠른데 파일 옮기거나 삭제는 좀 시간이 걸리는지 핵이 걸리네요. 그래서 별점 1개 내려요

L’applicazione anche quando trova il dispositivo funziona per pochi secondi. Poi si blocca e mi informa che non trova più il dispositivo.
Peccato perché era proprio la funzione che mi servono dato l’utilizzo prettamente in sala prove.

« décroche » de manière aléatoire en wifi sur mon iphone, dommage je l’avais acheté pour la fonctionnalité de commande à distance ! cela dit, sur mon ipad obsolète et ça version 10 d’ IOS, ça fonctionne bien !… à quand une mise à jour corrective ?

4 years NO UPDATE oft the App.!
Please fix asap, it was the main reason for buying the recorder, but currently its unusable.

Wi-Fiは繋がっているのにアプリでは接続できない。
接続できても録音ボタンが反応しない。
などなど多発。
遠隔で使えるから本体も購入したつもりですが使い物ならないです。

This app is a typical example of minimum requirement. Almost zero effort went into designing the UI. But it does seem to work once you get it to connect. Freezes when attempting to share audio from ios.  Come on Tascam you can do better than this surely?

全然ダメ。まったくダメ。
2023年末に、公式ショップで買ったのに、一切説明なし。タスカムよ、なんとかしなさい。

あれから1年が過ぎ、今は2025年。とうとうアプリさえ開かなくなった。タスカムよ、どうなってんの？

Wi-Fiで色々出来ると期待して、長年使って調子が悪くなってきたDR-5からDR-44WL ver2-Jに乗り換えてこのアプリを入れました。

使い方としては
①スタジオのwi-fiを使用して、バンド練習直後にクラウドに曲をアップロード
②iPhoneに曲をコピーして再生
③スタジオ録音時に遠隔操作
上記3点をメインに考えていました。

しかし、どれをやろうにも固まります。
①②についてはうまくいった時でも1〜2曲で固まるので、結局家のPCに繋がないとどうにもなりません。
また一括でのiPhoneへのコピーや一括アップロードが出来ないので非常にイライラします。
今どき再生も一曲ずつしか出来ず、バックグラウンド再生にも対応していないため、非常に使い勝手が悪いです。
自分のはiPhoneSE2なのでパワー不足なのかも知れませんが、それなら対応機種を明記して欲しいです。

これだったらBluetooth対応の他社製レコーダー買えば良かったかなぁ。
それなら楽器を持っているスタジオ帰りにワイヤレスイヤホンで聴きながら帰れるので。
DR-44WLは、大した機能を使うつもりもないのにデカいし電池も単三×4本と多く、ニッケル水素2,000mAhの減りも早いし。

Wi-Fi連携に期待していただけに非常に残念です。
バージョンアップで根本的な改善をしていただきたいですが、新しく開発する方が早いかも知れません。
早急に何とかして欲しいですが、最後のバージョンアップが7年前なので、もう期待出来ないんだすかねぇ……。

Wirklich? Letztes Update war vor 7 Jahren? Damit ist die WiFi-Funktion faktisch gestorben. Ein NoGo bei der Preisklasse!

いい加減に対策をとって欲しい。問題点はわかっているはず。

I would have at least expected the app which only controls the dr44-wl to work… but it doesn’t… and the recorder wasn’t cheap too… the connection crashes after every recording.

Doesn’t work 80% of the time. It’s lucky to even find my recorder. Usually can’t copy a file over without freezing part way through. Manages to freeze my dr-22 so I can’t even power it off I have to pull the batteries out. The app ALWAYS freezes. I would give it negative stars if I could.

Struggled with the app at first since I wasn’t aware there were firmware updates for my DR-44WL. Once you install the firmware, the app is able to find the device and function how it’s supposed to. Also, helpful and responsive customer support!

You have to manually update the device via a laptop.  The phone app to device don’t work.
Used my Macbook Pro, usb cable to DR-22WL did the firmware transfer procedure they outlined in the instructions .PDF.
It updated with a hitch, an App so far is working.  If anything changes I’ll update my review!

Thank you for listening to the requests of your customers. This is exactly the update we've been waiting for.

This makes me SO excited to use my DR-44WL now!

Great app, folks! They are right about recording in MP3 for wifi streaming. And designers... :) maybe a landscape orientation as well?  Love the device too!

Oct. 2024: No improvements made so far. The app still freezes, Tascam support didn’t get it contact with me. A new handheld recorder for professional use is needed now, but I will certainly not by a Tascam anymore as being neglected by their support. Let’s see what Zoom has to offer.

Please update! The app constantly freezes. In fact, making it possible to use the recorder via a remote control was the strongest reason to buy a Tascam wireless recorder!
