Joe’s finest hour in my opinion. But the app itself is very flawed and clunky. Why? 1 it doesn’t easily navigate from menu item to item 2 it doesn’t click out from the app to another iPhone app at all easily. I have to power my phone off to get out of the app, that’s a waste of time 3 The ‘ share this app’ functionality is useless, I tried referring it to friends’ email addresses three times and then gave up . Another waste of time function. I just found this app to support this and I love it. It brings peace with a very simple method. It will take a bit of time for things to flow but the peace that comes with the practice is really nice! All you need to do is add your intention in the prayer whether it be about money love weight loss etc. I think it is so wrong to be charging people who are truly seeking help with something that should be so pure. I get the initial fee but to charge people for all these prayers only to find out they are basically the same is disappointing. ### 1/5 — Hooponopono Joe vitale fraud *2015-09-21* I bought the entire meditations for $17.99 and is the same message in each individual meditation. The meditation itself is fine, but the music on the home page that you have to listen to while choosing among meditations or reading inspirational quotations is so annoying that it makes me want to scream rather than relax. I want to be able to switch it off in the app rather than turn off my phone sound. I'll update this review when they update the settings. ### 1/5 — Not Hawaiʻian! *2014-10-04* This app has no relation at all to the Hawaiʻian system of Hoʻoponopono which not secret and not magic! Iʻm not going to address the BS of "Binaural Beats" or any other pseudoscience claims in this app. My only purpose is to warn shoppers against thinking this app is in any way remotely Hawaiʻian. Joe Vitale is just another Haole who, like Serge King and his pseudo Hawaiʻi Huna magic, thinks he can take a Hawaiʻian word that he does not even attempt to understand and turn it into a money grubbing con. There is nothing secret, mysterious, or remotely magic about Hoʻoponopono! Hoʻoponopono is simply a Hawiʻian method of bringing a family in crisis together in a Family council setting to seek the source of the problem and find a solution to that problem. Hawaiʻian families generally do include various Hawaiʻian rituals and poetry in the process but the essential part of the process is communication with the participation and guidence of family kūpuna (elders). No magic, just simple talking out problems and repairing problems in family relationships. ### 4/5 — Great Phrases *2014-08-16* The initial 4 phrases are great when you are coming from a place of guilt and fear - which most people are. Repeating - Please forgive me and I'm sorry - will remind you of the Fear and Guilt.
