But, the charge is weekly @ $4.20 which is $218.40 or circa £160 NOT the £58.99 they advertise. Raising the premium variance with Apple gets you no response whatsoever, so ultimately it’s a scam as you pay for 3 years each year. I’m an athlete that moves around a lot, and this is something so foundational that working on it improved every other function in my body within a week or two. (I would refer this lot towards being balance, yes strength, but more balance for me). There is a subscription, but I would recommend the free week trial to see if you like it, theres also other trackers and elements to the app (guided meditation, scientific research data/articles, etc). I downloaded this app to check it out, and to be supportive I purchased a 1 year subscription. This is what I love about the app. Before finding this I would just do Kegels to exhaustion, flex and release. This app teaches a structured way of doing Kegels that’s very effective and beneficial to anyone. The key is to stay with the program like 3 to 4 times a day. Reality Kegels will make any man perform like a porn star, speaking from experience. What I’m seeing, this app is very valuable for helping anyone wanting to improve sexual performance. It’s very focused and I like that.
