I personally have subscribed to Lal path labs for more than a decade now had my data been kept safe and saved in the app and on the platform we could’ve done so much with the information recorded collected and the portray in various kind of visualization not only for analytical purposes, but for presentation purposes, because myself having HIV and aids and surviving cancer it was critical to collect data and then put it under observation compare it against other health records, diet regimen, lifestyle, etc. keep in mind it is very important to save patient blood work and data for collective benefit and science. Even the page with my order details is blank. I have now tried it on 2 phones and still the same problem. The phone lines to book home collection are permanently busy and the app is not even legible. Overall 5 stars, it is a superstar!! ### 1/5 — Lal path sample collection person threatened!! *2022-02-05, version 4.1.0* Its really shameful to this lal path lab that because of there app problem,two person taken a call for collecting sample from my home. Communication and calls exchanged so many times for one sample collection, later when i refused other person named rahul or something , actually taked so badly and given threats to me on the phone, that why i have allowed other person and not him. Now no one in company coming in front to talk,customer care replying that managers are in meeting. This was the last test from this company. Done urgent test for my father the app. Once they said repeat sample due to technical issue. Second time I got it done, one report came and the rest of the report came as retest sample. The collect the sample and go’s knows what they do with the same. Results that take 2 hours to come takes 24+ hours with no accountability. People using their service must be careful in using dr Lal path labs. They seem to be playing with people lives. A stern action must be initiated against the labs for not providing the correct information to the patients on time. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Pathetic services *2026-06-27* Extremely disappointed with the home sample collection service from Lal PathLabs. We booked a home collection for a Pregnancy Glucose Tolerance Test (GTT), where timing is absolutely critical. After the first blood sample, the patient has to consume a 75 g glucose solution, and the second blood sample must be collected exactly one hour later for the results to be reliable. Despite this, the collection agent, Anjanay, arrived and collected the second blood sample 20 minutes late. Such a delay is completely unacceptable for a test where strict timing is part of the protocol. The report has now come back abnormal, and because the sample was not collected at the prescribed time, we may now have to repeat the entire test. This means a pregnant woman may have to undergo 16 hours of fasting again, drink the glucose solution again, and endure three blood draws all over again, simply because the protocol was not followed during the home collection. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of urgency and accountability. Diagnostic tests directly influence medical decisions, and negligence in following basic procedures can put patients through unnecessary physical and emotional stress. I expected much higher standards from a reputed laboratory like Lal PathLabs. I sincerely hope they improve the training and accountability of their home collection staff so that no other patient has to suffer because of such avoidable mistakes. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-06-02* I had booked and paid for multiple tests for my parents through the app. After a long wait, collection guy comes and states that there’s only one individual’s test booked. And while I could explain and show him the payment history, the tests which were showing active for my mother also vanished and got cancelled. Over and above some resource named Nitin, started talking weirdly stating that I have not booked for 2 people but only for one. Later he also suggested that I canceled the test which was active a while. My money is stuck and tests were not conducted too. My experience has been most pathetic!!! It is also because getting the tests done is a distress call and in such times of the lab or anyone related to it, is inconsiderate it shows the worst! I am short of words to express what I felt. Never ever go for dr Lal path labs. ### 1/5 — AI over abuse *2025-08-11* It’s impossible to get to report a problem and it looks like the company does not want to help any of its customers. The only options in help are how can the company make more money by booking tests. No option to report issues with reports like missing or delayed reports on top of that the agents of you do Reach one after an hour tells you they cannot help send issue to their email. They have a phone number to book tests but no option again to report problems with reports. They will take more than 48 hours to give the reports and u till then the patients health will go bad. We just wanted a blood count report and they took more than 24 hours which can be done in an hour . Worst app assistance . When checking the report also they just put that timeline and then ask us to wait till there . It was just a blunder . They don’t understand emergency. They have designed the app like a grocery app . We can’t wait for 24 hours for the blood report. ### 1/5 — Harassing a sick customer *2023-08-28, version 4.2.5* I’m suffering with 103 fever right now and with dengue. Yesterday I made the mistake of trying to book home collection of samples for bloodtest with Dr PathLabs. Today, in just 4-5 hrs, they have called me thrice if I need sample collection. And on the last call, they even had the gal to put the call on hold as soon as I picked it up. Its been 8 mins since the call was put on hold. I am suffering with dengue and such high fever and im so frustrated that despite thay, im writing this review. I’m going to post this in as many places as possible. ### 1/5 — Poor experience with Dr Lal Path lab agents. *2023-08-17* I found my experience with Dr Lal Path Lab to be disappointing due to the low level of education exhibited by their customer agents and collection agents. Interacting with them was challenging as their knowledge seemed limited, which affected the quality of assistance I received. It's important for service providers to have well-informed staff who can address customer concerns effectively. This aspect negatively impacted my perception of Dr Lal Path Lab, and I hope they invest in improving their staff's education and training to enhance customer interactions. It's essential for Dr Lal Path Lab to address these concerns to maintain a high standard of service throughout their operations. ### 1/5 — Test not on Priority *2023-01-24, version 4.1.8* I have taken a test from Dr Lal Pathlaps recently but they failed to share reports on time. After two days they shared me half report saying due to technical error they need to redo some test. Next day sample collected but even after 1 day almost 2days now they are unable to Share complete report. I am absolutely unhappy with the service and the priority they give to the customer. They also charged me extra amount 150rupees for recollection of sample which in message was mentioned no fees, I showed the message to the sample collector but he told, “no no apko dena parta h” I complained in the customer care but no refund initiated al though they told will do. ITS A BAD EXPERIENCE FROM Dr Lal Pathlaps. One star for the service and the customer handling issues. My operation has been delayed because of them. ### 1/5 — Why do u force people to create profile before sharing report. *2022-08-24* I understand you are minting money and can spend have a IT team to make an app but please understand not everyone wants to create a profile before viewing a report. Login can be done using mobile OTP, no need to remember the password. Great customer service by Lalpath, I did not know which tests to select for collection - saw an option on their website that provided automatic customer care call and the executive helped out with booking the right tests. Seem-less integration of data as well, since all my reports were visible in the application post login. ### 5/5 — Nice Experience *2024-07-10* I have a wonderful experience with Dr Lal path labs. The agent came on time and he collected the blood samples very smoothly. He was very cooperative and he guided me for a healthy diet related to high cholesterol. He was very polite in nature and report was also delivered on time and was satisfactory, my cholesterol level was diagnosed as too high, and then I took a lot of precautions in last three months and now I am going to test again.
