購入手続きでバグって反映され
ず、問い合わせて再度購入手続きすれば、「申し訳ありません　技術的な問題により、現在お客様のリクエストを適切に処理することができません。ご迷惑をおかけして大変申し訳ございません。」のエラーが出て、また問い合わせると、当方には支障が見当たらないからしばらくしてから再度注文、５時間空けて再度するも「申し訳ありません」、アプリキャッシュ削除、アプリの再インストールやってもダメ。買わせたくないんか？

他の方も言ってますが、ログインできないうえに、パスワードの再設定のメールが一向に届かない。
そもそもパスワードとメールアドレスは、打ち間違い防止の為、メモ帳アプリに打ち混んでから、コピペしてアカウント設定してるので、打ち間違いはないです。
せっかく購入してもログイン出来ない為、ポイント使えないし、アプリなのにログインが維持されないのどういう作りしてんの？

注文したのに注文履歴は見れないし、アプリを開くたびにアカウントにログインしないといけない

たしかに会員登録したのに『無効なログインまたはパスワードです。パスワードでは大文字と小文字が区別されます。もう一度やり直してください』とエラーが出てログインできない。
再設定メールを送っても何度やっても受信しない。迷惑メールフォルダには入っていない。
membersの項目には氏名や住所が登録されており、そこからパスワード変更を行なってもログインできない。

何度かアプリ経由で購入しましたが、久しぶりに購入する際に前に買った時はどのサイズだったかや、購入年月や価格などを知りたい時に困っています。

なにより、購入直後なのにマイページで注文履歴が見られず、メールでしか確認できない（というか、そもそも履歴ページへのリンクが無い）のはかなり問題では？

アプリだけの問題かと思いきや、アプリ経由でWebページへアクセスしているだけのシステムなので同じでした。

在庫数より多い注文を獲る仕様になっている事がそもそもおかしいのに、公式のメール対応も誠意なく、非常に不愉快でした。
