## What is Dr. Motzo?

Dalla collaborazione tra la società Nutrition Model e il dott. Costantino Motzo è nata l'app Dr. Motzo: la nostra esigenza è quella di offrire un servizio di educazione alimentare a distanza totalmente gratuito, permettendo a chiunque, tramite dei suggerimenti alimentari equilibrati e salutari, di star bene ed educarsi a una sana alimentazione.
L'app, commissionata da Nutrition Model al dott. Motzo, ideatore del progetto, e realizzata in collaborazione con un gruppo di dietologi e nutrizionisti, NON rappresenta una dieta: la perdita di peso, infatti, sarà una felice conseguenza di un percorso volto all'educazione alimentare e al raggiungimento della consapevolezza che, mangiando bene e in maniera equilibrata, si possa non solo perdere peso, ma anche sentirsi meglio con se stessi sotto tutti i punti di vista.
