## What is Dr. QR?

Dr. QR is a quiet place to keep the medicines you take and the conditions you live with, then hand that history to a doctor with one scan.

For patients • Add each medicine with the dose, how often you take it, and why. • Add conditions, including chronic pain, and how long you’ve had them. • Set a reminder for the days and hours you actually take it. • When it’s time, check the dose off. Checking later the same day still counts. Skip it if you didn’t take it. • Open Progress to see the week: green if you took it, red if you missed it. • Track what’s left in the bottle. Dr. QR tells you when about a week of doses is left.

For doctors • Scan a patient’s code to see their medicines, conditions, and how consistently they’ve been taking them. • Write a prescription as a QR code. The patient scans it and it lands on their list.

Your history stays in your account. A doctor sees it when they scan your code.
