False advertising is done by them ### 1/5 — Honest Review: Not Suitable for Sensitive Skin *2025-07-20* I had a terrible experience with Dr. Sheth’s sunscreen. Despite its claim of being suitable for Indian sensitive skin, it caused a severe reaction on both my forearms. Itching, irritation, and rashes started soon after application—and it’s been two months, but the sensitivity hasn’t gone away. Even mild sun exposure now triggers itching and burning in that area. I initially thought it was just my skin reacting, so I gave it to my sister to try—but unfortunately, she faced the same problem. We both experienced discomfort and itching in the areas where it was applied. I regret wasting my money on this product. I still have two full tubes just sitting unused. I placed a prepaid order on July 7th through GPay via their website, expecting a smooth process. But what followed was pure frustration. The next day (July 8th), I received a call from one of their staff saying they had an “issue with their storehouse” and couldn’t fulfill my order. I was told to place a new order and make the payment again. I clearly told her that I had already made a prepaid order, and she promised me that my previous payment would be refunded once the new order was placed. I asked again to confirm, and instead of giving a straight answer, she transferred me to another staff member, who was just as vague and completely failed to explain the situation properly. She didn’t even mention any payment portal issue, but still told me I would get a refund if I made the new payment. Trusting their words, I went ahead and placed the second order and paid again. Only AFTER the second payment, the staff asked me which payment portal I used. When I said GPay, she casually replied, "Oh ma'am, that payment method isn't valid for this. You shouldn't have used it." SERIOUSLY? Why wasn’t this told to me before I was asked to reorder and pay again? This level of carelessness, miscommunication, and unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable. Their staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely lacked basic courtesy or responsibility. I still haven’t received my refund, and I’ve had to follow up multiple times with no proper response. Do NOT place a prepaid order with this brand. If you really must order, only choose Cash on Delivery. This company clearly doesn’t know how to manage payments or treat customers properly. Extremely disappointed.
