Live care is a nice service but 1-we cannot choose the doctor or at least know which one is available. 2-if we choose video call, there is no option to chat or send attachments. 3-waiting time is inaccurate and always longer than 45 minutes. 4-If there was an error with the call and you leave, there is no way to contact the doctor again and customer service do not answer the phone calls or WhatsApp messages. I just paid for an appointment and it’s gone. I feel scammed. 5-I have to log in each time I open the app. Why doesn’t it remember me and keep me logged in? 6-It is buggy and really needs an update. 7-There should be an easy way to see which live care doctor was contacting me.
