## What is DR Touch?

It is possible to playback and download the recording video data by smartphone.

■Product summary
This is a viewer application for the exclusive drive recorder.
It is possible to playback the recording video data after connecting drive recorder by Wi-Fi.(*1)
It is possible to download the favorite video data into smartphone storage so that you can playback and edit them by using other application.

(*1) In the case of unconnecting drive recorder by Wi-Fi, it is not possible to transfer the video data to smartphone.
Please confirm the owner's manual of drive recorder if you want to know how to connect drive recorder by Wi-Fi and use this application.

■To connect drive recorder
-iPhone that can use Wi-Fi and exclusive drive recorder are necessary.
-It is necessary to enable Wi-Fi setting of iPhone.
-Here is the detail of applicable iPhone model.(*2)

When this application is launched with using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth of iPhone at the same time, "Videos can not be played smoothly" and "It takes time to download videos" will occur. Please turn off Bluetooth before playing or downloading the video from the setting screen of iPhone.

When you try to connect to your dashcam and a dialogue "Allow DR Touch to use your location?" is shown, please select "Allow While Using App". If you don't select it, you cannot connect app to the dashcam. On iOS 14 or later, please be sure "Precise" location is also turned on in this dialogue.

On iOS 14 or later, When you install the app and you connect with dashcam, iOS shows a dialogue "find and connect to devices on your local network", so please select "OK". If you select "Don't Allow", the app fails to connect to the dashcam. In this case, please enable DR Touch of "Privacy" > "Local Network" in Settings.

再生が出来ない

Wi-Fi接続ができず画像の確認ができずにいましたが、CarPlayの接続を解除するとアプリが使えるようになりました。ただ、CarPlayはなぜか勝手に接続するので、時々接続が解除されます。
結果として画像確認に大変時間がかかり不満です。

エンジンかけないとドラレコに繋がらないので駐車場でエンジンかけてダウンロードしようとしたけど走行中は利用できません的な表示出てダウンロード進まず。
パーキング入れてるんだからそれくらい認識してもらいたい。

iPhoneと繋げて録画を確認しようとしても0:00から再生されない、再生しないので携帯にダウンロードしようにも１つのファイルで数十分かかる始末。
SDカードを抜きPCで確認した方が早い始末。
又、PCで見ても画像が粗すぎいつの時代のカメラかと思うような画像で前の車のナンバープレートの文字も見えない。
事故した時に証拠として使えるかも怪しい。
中国製の数千円のドラレコの方がマシなような製品である。
ドラレコが信用ならないので事故しないように気をつけて走るように心がける様にとのメーカーの策略か？

これだけ接続不具合発生しているのに何故改善しないのかと企業の姿勢が問われると思う。
これが純正ドラレコのアプリなんてあり得ないですよ。

みなさんのレビューの通り、説明書通りでは登録できず。
iPhone側のBluetoothをオフで登録できました。アプリの更新履歴ではBluetoothオフの推奨メッセージを出すようにしたとなっていますがそんなものはです。
ゴミアプリです。

ちなみに説明書には書かれていませんがアプリで連携時には車両のアクセサリー電源オンにしないと電源入らないのでそもそも認識しません。

ディーラーからはこのドラレコの注意点として車両のwifiと繋ぐよう指示がありましたが、それは説明書に書いてありますし、そもそもそういう問題じゃありません。

っていうかパソコンアプリで確認できますし、スマホアプリで確認が必須でもないような気がしてますが…

スバルの純正扱いなので付けましたがiPoneと全くWi-Fi接続できません。購入する際この機種だと分かっていたら、皆さんのコメントを読んで注文しなかったと思います。スバルとデンソーはある意味詐欺紛いの売り方をしているので、反省して購入者に適切な対応をすべきだと思います。

接続や操作など、あらゆる面で非常に使いにくいです。
ある日動画を確認しようとしたところ、全く接続されなくなっていました。散々色々試した挙句、古い携帯を掘り起こしてきて、どうにか接続ができました。
最終的に見ることができたから良いではなく、これが事故を起こして余裕がない時だったら物の役にも立たないという感想です。
