### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-02-26*

crashes every time you try to click on anything useful, like medical records

### 2/5 — Can’t view medical records

*2025-07-21*

I’m not the first person to mention this but the app crashes every time you try to view your pet’s medical records. Since that is one of the primary reasons I use the app, it’s hugely inconvenient. In addition to that, you can’t view your pet’s SOAP records or get a more comprehensive view of their treatment history without emailing the clinic/help desk directly (when you do, they send a PDF). If these things were improved, the app would get 5 stars. The other basic functions work fine, they’re just not valuable enough to make the app worth using.

### 3/5 — App crashes

*2024-09-22*

The app crashes anytime you try to open “medical records.” This would be a nightmare if you’re counting on it to travel internationally. Please fix this bug.

### 2/5 — Shared Accounts

*2024-01-17*

My husband and I started using Dr. Treat and I downloaded the app so I could also make appointments. I initially started a new profile, but realized I should probably just login to our existing account so we don’t duplicate our dogs profile. Now there is no back button or option to get back to the login page. I even tried deleting and downloading the app several times. Any tips?

### 5/5 — Simple app that’s easy to use

*2023-05-19*

I like the simple interface and that everything is very self explanatory. Booking an appointment was super quick and easy and it’s also nice that I can just pull up my invoice and notes all on the same page.

### 5/5 — Everything at my fingertips!

*2023-02-15*

I love this app. It is easy to use and has everything I need right at my fingertips. I can make an appt, look at previous appointment notes and even request a prescription refill. Love it!

### 5/5 — It’s a vet in your pocket.

*2022-09-13*

It’s simple to schedule appointments and see my pets medical records. I can also video chat directly with my doctor.
