Since that is one of the primary reasons I use the app, it’s hugely inconvenient. In addition to that, you can’t view your pet’s SOAP records or get a more comprehensive view of their treatment history without emailing the clinic/help desk directly (when you do, they send a PDF). If these things were improved, the app would get 5 stars. The other basic functions work fine, they’re just not valuable enough to make the app worth using. ### 3/5 — App crashes *2024-09-22* The app crashes anytime you try to open “medical records.” This would be a nightmare if you’re counting on it to travel internationally. I initially started a new profile, but realized I should probably just login to our existing account so we don’t duplicate our dogs profile. Now there is no back button or option to get back to the login page. I even tried deleting and downloading the app several times.
