## What is Dr. Wash?

Dr. Wash brings professional car washing services directly to your doorstep, whether you are at home, at the office, or parked at any other convenient location. With the Dr. Wash app, you can book a car wash in just a few minutes by selecting your preferred service, choosing a suitable date and time, confirming your location, and selecting a payment method. You can request an instant wash whenever you need immediate service or schedule a booking in advance to fit your daily routine. Once your booking is confirmed, you can track your assigned Biker in real time from the moment they start travelling to your location until the car wash service is completed. The app also sends live notifications for important booking updates, including booking confirmation, Biker assignment, arrival, service progress, and completion. Dr. Wash allows you to add and manage multiple vehicles in one place by saving important details such as the vehicle brand, model, color, and plate number, making it easier to select the correct vehicle whenever you place a new booking. For added convenience, the app supports multiple payment options, an in-app wallet for faster checkout, wallet top-ups, and gift cards that can be purchased and shared with others. You can also apply available promotional codes to receive discounts and invite friends through the referral program to earn eligible rewards when they successfully book a service. Every booking, payment, wallet top-up, and transaction is supported by a clear digital invoice that you can view, save, or share whenever needed. Using Dr. Wash is simple: add your vehicle details, choose your preferred car wash service, select an instant or scheduled booking, confirm your address and payment method, track your Biker live, follow the service progress, and receive a notification once the car wash is complete. The app is available in both Arabic and English, allowing you to access and manage all services in your preferred language. Dr. Wash is designed to make everyday car care simple, reliable, convenient, and easy to manage from one place.
