### 2/5 — Upgrade is a Downgrade

This app used to be more useable, the latest revision makes it less so.  Long load times on wifi / strong cell, photos consistently failing to upload, nothing loading at all.  I frequently need to close and reopen the app to make it work.  At least it doesn’t crash while waiting for brands to populate the faucet page?  The app support team is really the saving grace, they’re always ready to handle requests and changes on the text line.  Hopefully these bugs get quashed soon!

We have rolling updates coming out and I need to make sure that we make this right for you and for other Technicians.  We are in the middle of updating now as you mentioned and we don't have our final app released.  It would be very helpful to be able to see if there is anything we can do to help with the issues and get them corrected as soon as possible. This app works great! The layout is simple, user friendly and is extremely reliable. The best part by far though is the customer service, I am able to email or text someone about an issue or a tech call and they have gotten back to me within 10 minutes. It's amazing how quickly they are able to address anything thrown at them, from changing routes, issues with an account, sending tech calls and more. They send an email at the end of the day detailing the accounts not hit which is amazing. The distribution company I work for has had issues in the past with honestly regarding line cleaning, this app provides a way to accuracy and efficiently track everything needed. A well developed app with the best customer service of any business I have interacted with.
