Artwork and animations are top notch. Game crashes a lot though. Especially when doing things like receiving an online turn notification when playing in an offline game. At one point, for example, it tries to teach you how to place a tile on the board. The tile starts to glow (just like in the previous steps, when you had to click on the tile to select it) and there is an arrow pointing to a player board. So what you’ll try to do is to click on the tile in an attempt to place it, but that’s not what you’re supposed to do. You’re supposed to click on the player board first and only then on the tile. If there is a sequence, teach it in order… tell me to click on the player board first, and only then highlight the tile I’m supposed to click on. I seriously thought that this was a bug for a minute or two. ### 5/5 — Freeze issue (Resolved) *2022-10-03* 5 stars now that freezing issue has been resolved! Now there’s is an issue with connecting to online. “There are issues contacting the server” Hope this is resolved soon! **Developer response:** Hello Dan, thank you for your patience, we fixed this issue in the newly released 1.04 update! ### 2/5 — No entry to leaderboard possible *2021-11-07, version 1.10* It‘s a great boardgame and the app is fun to play. But It‘s so dissapointing, I‘ve played so many online ranked games (much more than the needed 10 ones and have won most of the time) and still I havn‘t got an entry to the leaderboard… No reason for me to play this game anymore… ### 4/5 — Awesome game with lots of options *2021-02-15, version 1.10* So glad I found this game! I like the solo play. Everything is smooth and gorgeous. I like that there are so many play options. It can be more simple or complex, depending on how you choose to play. I appreciate the fair premium price with no ads or IAP. We need more developers like this. It could use a little battery optimization (like a low battery usage mode), but it’s not bad as is considering the graphics. It could be a bit better though. Very good game, a match only takes 10 minutes, that’s the perfect amount of time. This is the only mahjong game I’ve ever really liked. It’s a very clever competitive concept. Hoffentlich kann das behoben werden. ### 3/5 — Love the game but the app has a big issue *2020-08-05, version 1.10* I am a fan of the game and overall I love the interface design. BUT, I’ve found that the clock recording the time set for a game is totally useless. If I create a game for 30 min. and someone joins, you would think that the app would give each player 30 minutes of time to play. This helps avoid a player getting stuck in a game with someone who never finishes their turn. Ultimately if they don’t play, their time runs out and they lose. BUT that isn’t what happens. The clock for the other player only runs as long as I am still in the game. If I leave to play a game with someone else the in game timer stops. Completely defeats the value of it. So I have 4 inactive games open right now and even though I’ve taken my turns, my opponents have zero reason to worry about coming back to play because they will never run out of time.
