Just bought 312 gem for. 32,18$ paid the bill but got nothing

Biggest complaint is that there is no sound sometimes, like when the screen turns off and I unlock my phone, and sometimes it stops other apps from playing in the background, like podcasts, but not always. Restarting Dragon Era usually fixes it for a time. I have an iPhone 8+ running iOS 14 (used to happen with iOS 12 too).
A smaller complaint is the message box. Very limiting, hard to use.
And a tiny complaint: the art is very inconsistent. Some are like colourful, detailed paintings and others like simple pencil drawings.
Otherwise I would give it 5 stars: addictive but play as much as you like, simple but challenging, rewarding and not frustrating.
