When you have them in game, the reward you receive is a bonus, but it’s rigged so you often get a smaller and only coin reward. The descriptions are fun to read in the dragonpedia and usually make me laugh along with the joke running across the top of my screen. Although whenever I go to look at my achievements or buy a dragon in the animal shop when I leave it makes me watch an advert for a chest. I do not know if that is an intended feature of the game but nonetheless I am glad I get a gift and not nothing. Also I the developers read this there is a typo that I have noticed. In the dragonpedia in the mars section in the meltongue’s description it says thai instead of that.
