Over the past couple of years everything just died down, and many users left the game. I started playing again over the past few months. However about a month ago my game was completely wiped out. It started me back at the very beginning. Most frustrating is that there is no way to contact anyone for help. Collecting things adds mini games ect… and I also want a easier way to get the snow leopard dragon lol but Ik it’s NOT my internet because I’ve checked. and it started when I updated this game! Ty if you read this company that made this! - update it’s been over 6 months I stopped counting… this game is WORTHLESS STORAGE! I have a iPad and no matter what I do here we are 6 months later and I can’t even play anymore… it lags so bad that it kicks me out right after the 5 minutes it takes to load I loved playing this but LOOK AWAY THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT GAME FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! I suggest animal jam. I love it it’s addictive and has monthly updates constant story and 2 games! One 2d one 3d both great! The thing to know is: new players (jammers) aren’t respected as much, find a good freindly pack and tell them you want help to get good items :) (Officially over a year since first sent) just turn away.. this is a game the developers don’t listen to complaints with, so I also hear it’s a money grab, YEA…. Attempts to reach out to developer unanswered in app help Center and when trying to go to developer site the site page can not open because server can not be found.
