Very bad app always keep kick u off and changes by itself very unprofessional application that takes tons of time to process!

app just updated and lost weeks of data. i don’t know what’s going on or how to fix it. even before this it was glitchy and difficult to use. i hope i get my data back or it is going to take me hours or work to restore. this is so messed up.

There are updates everyday. You can’t use the app without location enabled, which is uncomfortable and unfair. Buggy, glitchy, and needs better support.

I had to use Dragon for work and it is always something failing. I have to spend extra time and often need to contact the office to add the notes for me. Then, I have to check if the notes were entered or entered correctly.😩

Downloads completely. Very frustrating. I end up doing notes on my phone. It is a good time saving app when it works

Coordination Sessions and Related Activities seem to have the same purpose. Why do you need to put both? I am also wondering why several blank Coordination Sessions appear on the same date in the session history every time I write my session notes? Please fix this issue.

This app has transformed the way I work. It used to be so difficult to print all my notes and this app makes my job seamless now. It's fast, easy to use and I never had any issues with it. Definitely recommend.
