Once you get to the higher chapter it is impossible to get past the first couple levels of a chapter. They refuse to give you any purples from anything UNLESS you spend money on the game. And even when you do that you only get 1 or 2 pieces out of 25, you have to pay 300 gems per chest to mainly get blues which is the only thing they really give you other than greens and commons.
