## What is DragonPace?

DragonPace is a training recorder built for dragon boat crews, coaches, and paddlers.

Use your iPhone to record dragon boat training sessions with GPS route, distance, speed, estimated stroke rate, segment data, and front-facing video. After each session, review records, videos, route details, and key metrics locally on your device.

Key features:
• Record distance, speed, and route with GPS
• Support 100 m, 250 m, and 500 m target-distance training
• Start manually or use first-stroke auto-start
• Auto-stop for supported target-distance and no-stroke sessions
• Estimate stroke rate and stroke count using iPhone motion sensors
• Record front-facing training video
• Create watermarked training videos after recording
• Manage local teams and race lineups
• Review session records, segments, and routes
