Although there’s some parts you feel “cheated” but it’s ok.. it really makes you think about your next move. It is pretty addicting too. I have no problem with that However ... I would like to see some of the unfair things changed like for instance after exhausting your 3 hearts ... the game immediately ends ... even when you have 3 more fighters standing ... stupid .... you should be able to fight to the last man standing .... no more hearts no more fighters revive .... understood ... but at least let us fight with the fighters remaining before game over ... Without paying for upgrades, this game becomes impossible. A shame as would have happily played for much longer. After reading the parts you have to agree to just to start the game i deleted app no way i was giving them permission to everything they were asking and agreeing for them to contact me. ### 1/5 — Game is Bugged, blocks progress and rewards *2020-08-26, version 1.12.0* Last year (2019) I hit a bug that locked me at 23/24 stars on Area 9. Even though all 8 stages were 3 stars, it wouldn’t update. This was frustrating because you couldn’t finish the achievement and get the rewards. I spoke with CSR and after trying many things they suggested, it never fixed. So I quit playing the game. I came back about a month ago, re-downloaded fresh and started all over, even saw they added an instant reward system for each area you 24/24 on so I was happy I started over as having a bugged 23/24 area would be even more detrimental. Well, low and behold it happens again, only this time on Area 8, so it’s not just Area 9 it can happen on. I contacted CSR again, and after the same things they had me try last time, it never fixed. I was told the issue was forwarded to the Devs but they were unable to say if a fix would be done anytime soon. This isn’t an old problem, I brought this up a year ago, so I’m worried for the care of this game. I will note that this game is super fun and very challenging to get some of the 3 stars, I just hope they take care of it and fix these types of bugs in a faster fashion. Happy to bump this to a 5 Star rating once this is seen. ### 1/5 — The game is great but... *2020-04-01, version 1.11.11* Grind is pushed to the absolute max. If you’re ready t spend months in grinding, that’s for you. Otherwise just skip it. I am talking about BIG TIME grinding, to upgrade any hero to level 6 you will need to grind gold from around 10 levels, that being said I have at least 4 heroes for this upgrade! Going up the levels doesn’t bring bigger prizes as it should you will still need to grind and grind up to the point where is so far from fun it’s disgusting. Shame! I usually spend money on games, I support developers that are not as greedy as these people here. ### 1/5 — Past log in *2019-08-22, version 1.11.4* It will not go past the very first crystal set not liking it so Fay ### 1/5 — What’s wrong *2019-08-19, version 1.11.4* I want to play it goes through the story and then has a line of stones you connect I do that and nothing just stays there please fix the game ### 1/5 — Game is either rigged or just poorly designed *2019-04-16, version 1.11.2* I have been playing and stuck on a level where you only get 1 move, and then that only gives you 1 more move, but each turn the enemy one hits any of my characters. So explain how any strategy is involved when I don’t get to choose what move to make, and don’t get to play the level long enough to open up boxes to give choices of what to play. The only thing I can see is that they have done it intentionally to try and make us pay for gems to hopefully level up the characters... ### 1/5 — A great game ruined by its business model *2019-03-26, version 1.11.2* Starts off fun and super satisfying, but quickly devolves into restrictive, grindy gameplay where the randomness of the board can prevent you from winning a level even before you’ve made your first move. This isn’t a puzzle game as much as a trial and error grind, similar to Candy Crush etc. You have a great game here somewhere, and a great team knocking out some quality assets and concepts, but the business model is too focused on restricting enjoyment in the hopes that you can make a whale out of the occasional gamer. Start thinking about making less cynical, premium games. You’re better than this. ### 1/5 — Heavily luck based *2018-12-19, version 1.11.2* Unfortunately games like this are purely luck based. Here’s an example, i have literally been playing the same level for the past hour (yes, hour) to get 3 stars. I’ve got 2 of the 3 but the last one requires to break 25 blue gems. Guess what? The closest I’ve been was 21 in the past hour. ### 2/5 — Not fun *2020-10-14, version 1.12.0* At first it feels like a good strategy game, but by the time your characters are around level 7 progress halts.
