## What is DragonScout?

The FRC scouting app by ARC#6014, DragonScout, is entering its second season!
With the help of DragonScout, quickly and effectively scout pits and matches to a google sheet and analyse your data during FRC regionals!

Here at ARC, we have designed DragonScout through our teams 10 years of experience with 1 single goal: to make scouting as streamlined as possible.

Featuring team number autofill, objective/subjective scouting modes, photo uploads for robots and the choice to write data directly to a google sheet alongside the traditional approach of generating QR codes, DragonScout makes the scouting process as effective possible. It doesn't end there.

Once you are done scouting, head over to the Data Screen, where you can see statistics about your scouting data, and answers to common problems during scouting: How many of the pits have we scouted? Which team's pits are we yet to scout? Have we missed and forgotten to scout teams during any matches?

Want to know more about a team? You can use the team lookup feature to get an in depth overview of a teams data & performance at an event, including match metrics, comments and photos.

One of the biggest problems for scouters is coordination. Who will be scouting who? Through Scouting Pools, scouters can see the status of their fellow scouters, when they were last online, who they are scouting or who they are about to scout. Scouting pools also synchronize with the built-in scouting rotation system, allowing for an even easier time keeping track of who is scouting who.
