Do not buy or download this app!!!! It’s probably a scam because I can’t get rid of it. Never answered to my emails [that i had to go searching for btw bc they don’t post it anywhere]; only answered them after my CC company stated my dispute with them. Cancelling my subscription w them even with following their cancelling directions didn’t do anything. ### 1/5 — Annoying *2026-02-06, version 3.12.0* The dramas are good but unless you pay it will take you MONTHS to watch 1 full drama. The clips you unlock after the commercial as so short. The commercials are longer. And the points you earn are no where near enough. It will take days of daily task/checkins to earn 1 short unlocked clip. Definitely not worth it. Uninstalled. However, after 2-3 months of paying for the monthly subscription, I was suddenly locked out of my account. There was a “account restricted due to violation of user guidelines” or something like that message that popped up every time I tried to open the app. I have attempted to contact them through every single method listed (in app feedback, email and whatsapp) at least 3 times each method, over the last 6-8 months. Not a single response, and I ended up canceling my subscription and deleting the app, because no one will ever respond or help. I included screen shots, account number and log in info, as well as screenshots of receipts and order number. I literally followed every single step they listed and still, not even a simple response stating my messages were received. I know I have never violated any guidelines bc I paid for my subscriptions and only used the app on my phone, and never tried to copy or record anything. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND DEFINITELY DO NOT SUBSCRIBE, because if you have ANY ISSUES, there WILL BE NO ASSISTANCE ON THEIR END. Sadly, I wasted money and this went from ranked as my favorite to absolute worst/least favorite, because of their awful customer service!!!! ### 1/5 — Don’t sign up for VIP *2026-03-28, version 3.15.0* Their system no longer uses Apple Pay through the app when you purchase their VIP for a week, they forward you to a different platform to charge you. There is no in-app way to cancel the weekly sub as well. No response to emails to company as well. I had to put a dispute and stop payment on their company through my bank. Super annoying and a headache to do. Stay clear from this one, at least don’t pay for it cuz you won’t be able to cancel it! ### 1/5 — 👎 *2026-03-13, version 3.14.0* I don’t like the fact that we have to pay for coins just to watch a damn episode ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-03-12, version 3.14.0* Don’t get this app and don’t purchase their subscription. Their app will stop working when you cancel the auto renew. So now you pay for the timeframe but won’t get what you pay for. It’s a total scam.
