I can’t even get started when i click the app it just says welcome to dramaplay

Whenever I want to watch any drama like the first frost or Trauma  code or even twinkling watermelon it keeps on saying the video can’t play.
I hate this app 
But it has all the drama I love so 
Please get it fixed
