I enjoy spending time adding details but I’ve had the app reload and ruin my smooth lines and turn jagged along with adding lines I’ve already gone over or deleted. I also just had it completely erase my drawing I spent hours on when it reloaded which has never happened until now. I’m not sure if you can add screenshots to reviews but I’ve taken before and after screenshots of it changing my drawings. It will also do this whenever I submit a drawing, and it’s really upsetting to me when I’ve just spent so much time. Sorry if the game isn’t meant for that but I’ve seen other detailed drawings so I’m confused on why mine will change to being jagged and ugly when submitting at the very least. ### 4/5 — Love the game, but it needs a couple tweaks *2026-08-06, version 5.05* Several years back there was ‘Draw Something’ which was similar to this, but with more tools. Loved the pencil option, the crayon and I believe there was a blender/highlighter tool. They made the game more versatile. The words on this game get repetitive. In order to draw your own words, you have to have your friend agree - I had a few agree, but can’t tell which ones and I have over a dozen that I draw with daily. Why not allow it for all friends, if there aren’t more words to choose from? Once you have all of the colors the coins are pretty useless. The diamond/rubies let you make your own colors, but it’s hard to see what you already have, resulting in several so close they almost match. Or allow colors players make to be recycled - making them lighter or darker? And like it so much more tha games that want you to guess quickly. It lets you enjoy the process. I do find the VIP pass to be a little too expensive. That makes it hard to invite friends since they may feel bad about saying they don’t want to spend that much. Otherwise, very happy to find the game. Oh, a little more help in the app would be good. I hope someone makes another Pictionary app like draw something because the ads have gotten out of control! They constantly glitch out and don’t let you exit back into the game even after viewing the entire ad, I have to close and restart the app. They have also become more frequent! And you can’t earn gems from achievements anymore, only coins? The functionality doesn’t match the cost of pay to play services, and the tool interface is subpar! If only there were competitors to inspire the developers of this app to improve gameplay for users, not just their pocketbooks. 💸 ### 4/5 — The best of drawing games *2026-05-25, version 5.05* I did not give it 5 stars, because it is not perfect. It is a very well designed game. I haven’t experienced many crashes. I wish it had as many drawing toolsets and styles as Draw Something. It must be for app stability, because DS would frequently crash and lose drawings. Kudos to the developers. Although I wish one tool was added- a ruler, and blend or smudge too. For example, again this week, I completed the Weekly Challenges but, the system (as usual) doesn’t recognize the full completion … resulting in No award. The screen gets sticky, which seems to go in spurts; today, the drawings keep skipping lines. It would be nice to have a re-do icon (just as their is an un-do icon), and it would be wonderful if I was able to Spray-Can white (or erase in Spray-Can). It would be nice to see more colors … there’s not really any ‘in betweens’ for the brown & green colors. There’s a lot of greens available but the hue &/or tint shifts drastically. However, the game is still a lot of fun, and it’s inexpensive if you patiently await earning Coins, Gems, Bombs, etc. ### 5/5 — Me and Bestie *2026-04-29, version 5.05* I have been having so much fun in this game and I have been playing with my BFF. Even though my notifications are on, still nothing. Money grabbing asf ### 1/5 — This App Robs Your Free Guesses While Mocking You *2025-12-13, version 4.68* This app is a psychotic, ad-infested, dark-pattern-infested nightmare masquerading as a “game.” Finish a 10-second round? Bam — slapped with a “30-second” ad that mutates into multi-layered hell with fake skip timers, countdown circles, and pop-ups that spawn exactly where your thumb lands on “Continue,” so you fund their blood money while screaming into the void. Take a break for a few days? Don’t bother. This thing auto-spells HALF your word, burns your free guesses like sacrificial goats, and smugly pops up a “We helped you out!” message like you’re a toddler incapable of playing your own game. I wasn’t stuck — I was living life outside your manipulative circus, breathing fresh air — but apparently the app decided I needed punishment anyway. And then there are the hints. OH THE HINTS. You take too long to guess a word? The game smacks you in the face with the Hint button, points at it like you’re too stupid to see it, and pesters you with “1-time half-price deal” pop-ups. Decline it? Too bad — it keeps coming back, again and again, relentlessly, refusing to be ignored, like a hyperactive telemarketer from hell. There’s no way to turn it off. It’s constant, abusive, insulting, and manipulative — all designed to make you pay for help you didn’t ask for while the game mocks your every failed guess. The ads? Worse than any cursed NES cartridge shoved into a console by a drunk developer. They ambush you like rabid raccoons on steroids, looping countdowns, fake progress bars, three simultaneous pop-ups, bonus timers, and hijacking every single tap. “Continue”? Nope — ad hijacks your finger. Finish a level? Free guesses stolen. Half the word spelled out. Ad popping. Hint nagging. Guilt-tripping. And the smug “we helped you” message? That’s the cherry on this psychotic sundae. This isn’t a game. It’s emotional abuse, dark-pattern exploitation, psychotic monetization, and relentless hint harassment, wrapped in pixels and sold as entertainment. Every mechanic is designed to humiliate, punish, and bleed you dry while pretending it’s “helping” you. Uninstalled. Deleted. Burned in effigy. And if I see this thing again, I’ll take my phone, fling it into a wood chipper, light the ashes on fire, and feed them to a pack of rabid raccoons just to be safe.
